Apple Discontinues Ipods

I’m the biggest Apple fan in the world. The only reason I own an iPhone is because my work pays for it but I did always think that the iPod was a pretty good product in its day. I had 4 iPods when I was growing up and I think a couple of them still work. Now that phones have the capacity to carry music as well Apple has decided to discontinue the iPod nano and the iPod shuffle.

Apparently iPod Touches still exist in larger 128GB if you still want something to put your music on, but the more affordable options are gone. Still a bit of a shocking move considering how popular they were 10 years ago.

Did you ever own an iPod?

I had a chance to get a free nano at school but my folks forced me to attend a mock exam that I was going to end up failing anyway.

I had a nano as a birthday gift, then I later purchased a ipod touch. I guess if I ever decided to go back to flip phones I’d get a Touch. It was a pretty handy device, and keeping my music with me is important to me. But right now my smart phone does the job.

    I had a couple 128GBs. I filled a 32 and 16 so I figured I needed the upgrade.
