How To: Smoke Hash

Breakfast is an important meal. One of my favorite morning meals is hash and eggs. There is no better way to cook hash then in the smoker. 

Start with a can of corned beef hash and some eggs

Put the hash in a tinfoil lined tray. Be sure to coat pan with nonstick spray first. Make two small circles in the hash and gently crack an egg in each circle 

Put in the smoker for 2 hours at 225F. Use a mild fruit wood. I used apple chips. After 1 hour put in some thick sliced bread to toast up

All set. Perfect hash and eggs. I use some sweet and spicy jelly on the toast and you have a great meal. How do you like to get your breakfast on?
