Cauliflower Pizza Is The Bomb

As you know I’ve been working on getting my sexy back. I’ve been trying out. Different recipes on and with the help of Bulgingsnake, but tonight I made him a not so cheat day cheat meal. Cauliflower Pizza. I had never made it before and do not yet have a good processor (which was a pain in the ass).. but I made it work and it came out superb.

Hoookay so, you need a head of cauliflower, 2 eggs, mozzarella, grated parmesan cheese, Turkey pepperoni, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper.

If you have a food processor then you can just break apart the cauliflower and pulse it. …if you are like me and you dont… then break it up, chop it, put it in a Ziploc bag and beat it with a rolling pin lol then you are going to add a little garlic powder and pepper… then your two eggs, 1/4 to 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Mix this well and then spread out in a circle on parchment paper. I then sprinkled more garlic on top. I sat this on the paper on top of a pizza grate so that it would cook better. Then put that in a 405 degree oven for almost 40 minutes. It started to get golden brown… then I put on my pizza sauce, cheese, Turkey pepperoni, and some parsley and stuck it back in the oven for about 8 minutes on 405.. then I put on the broiler for a couple minutes while watching closely.

It was delicious. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not amazing fresh dough pizza.. but for being on a strict diet this is much more friendly.

I can’t wait to make this again once I get my hands on a food processor.. I bet it’ll be even better!
