Sometimes a person spends their whole life searching for love. Only to have it pop up at the least expected moment.

Officer Tackleberry was working late one night when he received a call about a stolen vehicle in his area. As luck would have it, Tackleberry spotted the suspect and began to pursue them. That’s when things went horribly wrong

Tackleberry was thrown from his squad car and ended up in the sewer. Barely alive, Tackleberry opened his eyes. He was clinging to life as he tried to figure out where he was. He couldn’t move, or reach for his radio. “This is it” choked Tackleberry, figuring he was left for dead. Just then he heard a noise. Sounded like the shuffling of feet. “Who’s there? Officer Down! I need help!” Yelled Tackleberry with the last bit of strength he could muster. But he couldn’t see anyone in the dark. Tackleberry started to see a little bit of movement. A shadowy figure emerged. Was this a dream? Suddenly the sewer lit up with candlelight. Tackleberry gasped, he couldn’t believe his eyes.

Through a hole in the wall, a bear/man creature appeared. He knelt down next to Tackleberry’s broken body and picked him up in his strong arms. “Relax, don’t worry. I’ll take care of you.”

Tackleberry fainted from the pain and confusion. Several hours later Tackleberry awoke. As his surroundings came into focus Tackleberry could feel someone stroking his hair. He realized he was in a strange bed.

Tackleberry struggled to his feet. “WHAT THE HELL!” Exclaimed the dazed policeman. Could this be real? Was he dreaming, or dead?

The large creature pressed his finger against Tackleberry’s lips

“Sshhh, it’s ok. I’m not going to hurt you. My name is Vincent” said the creature as he pulled out a rose and handed it to Tackleberry

Their eyes locked. Tackleberry had never believed in love at first sight, until now. As the wind gently blew through Vincent’s hair, Tackleberry slowly began to embrace him. The lust shot through Tackleberry like a .44 magnum. The two began to passionately kiss. But then Tackleberry quickly turned away

“No! This can’t happen. It’s not natural! Man and Beast aren’t meant for each other!” Stammered Tackleberry, only half-heartedly believing his own words.

He slowly turned…he knew he had found love and needed to let go of the norms of society. Then Vincent put his and on Tackleberry’s hip and spoke to him
