For some reason the fuckin’ skeets have been lethal around my place this summer. I’ve been getting chewed to death wherever I go. I go outside and there are just clouds around you in seconds and there’s a dozen of them biting you at once. I don’t tend to complain about skeets because there just doesn’t seem to be anything that can be done about them, but the last weeks have been brutal.

I don’t know if its the humidity around my place. The humidex has caused a pretty big heat wave around my place. It normally seems to be putting temperatures at about 36 or 38 Celsius which is close to 100 Fahrenheit. That’s pretty hot for Canada.

When the skeets are this bad the spray doesn’t always work and they’re constantly going to fly around you even if you do have it on, they just might not bite you. The bugs used to be pretty easy to avoid through the day, but they are just as bad through the day as they are at night.

How do you guys avoid the gosh darn skeets?
