Food Coma Alert : Wrap Style

Oh. Damn. This was yummo!

Tuna wrap with Tzatziki sauce!


3 cans of solid white albacore tuna (drained well so it’s dryish)

Lemon juice

Green bell pepper (diced)

Red onion (diced)

Cucumber (heated half)

Tomato (diced)

Baby spinach

Plain Greek yogurt

Chickpeas whole (canned) drained

Lemon pepper seasoning

Salt / pepper

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Dill weed


Whole grain wrap or pita

Directions For Sauce:

Cup of Greek yogurt

Table spoon or more to taste, lemon juice

3 table spoons dill weed (I like a lot)

1 tsp or to taste, lemon pepper seasoning

Pepper and salt to taste (light on salt, heavier pepper)

Tsp + of garlic powder (taste, I like it stronger)

Grated half of cucumber (with skin).. throw in and mix all of that together with a pinch of thyme.

Now put tuna in a bowl, break it up but keep larger chunks, splash with lemon juice, garlic powder and onion powder. Throw in 2 or 3 tbsp of the sauce and mix that up to the size.


Put wrap down flat.

Layer of baby spinach then put thin layer of sauce.

Layer the tuna mix on top of that.

Throw some diced tomatoes, green bell pepper, red onion and chickpeas on top… then top with more sauce, one layer of spinach again and roll up.
