I pride myself on my culinary prowess. Cooking game meat is my favorite dish to serve. So for lunch today, I’m going to show you the proper way to grill venison loin.


2 LB Venison loin

Coat in olive oil and dry rub

Let stand in fridge 1-3 hours

Heat grill to medium high

Sere each side then wrap in foil

Cook on low 30 minutes

Let meat stand 10 minutes
