NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION: JANUARY 3

BREAKFAST: A cold chunk of sausage and lima beans (left overs).

LUNCH: 2 boiled eggs, dill pickle and a small bag of peanuts.

DINNER: Home made soup with chicken, carrots, onions and noodles. Since there were noodles in the soup (carbs), I ran 9 miles today instead of 6. I ran my usual 6 miles before dinner, then another 3 after dinner.
