In a new series I just created, I’m going to discuss health. This new series, TGO-MED is important as we have fathers and a mother here, as well as some middle aged folks who appear to be in a bit less than PERFECT health. So to start off the series, I want to talk about Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
You all have read about my adventures in pooping. In fact, I’m quite proud or my pooptacular activities. But I have a conundrum. I drink too much alcohol, not enough water, and don’t get enough fiber in my diet. This means I have a less than healthy intestinal tract. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a chronic condition in which your bowel is overactive and basically pushes loose stool to your colon. Your bowel is overactive because it isn’t getting what it needs to properly push your poop to it’s final destination. So the muscles around the colon work overtime to make up for shit. The colon is the part of your large intestines before your rectum.
IBS can become a serious issue, because who wants to assblast someone who has loose stool waiting to shoot right into his rectum? Nobody wants to dip into a chocolate starfish that is primed and ready to shoot fecal syrup.
The best way to combat IBS is to increase fiber and water intake. I’m just kidding. I have no fucking idea how to combat IBS.
