Well this week was a mixed fvcking bag!
So diet-wise, I felt I did pretty good, sticking to smaller meal portions, and avoiding in-between snacks and junk food. When it came to meal-time, I was hungry and ready to eat, which I hadn’t really felt in quite a while.
In terms of exercise, I was really trying up my game on the bike, working up to 2 x 10km sessions (morning and evening) and sweating my ass off. Crunches, weights, burpees, the whole gang was there. In short, it was probably one the sweatiest weeks in recent memory.
And for that I only lost 2 fvcking pounds. 186lb down from 188lb.
But I feel a ton better.
Ironically cutting calories did wonders for my energy levels. I’ve stopped getting sleepy in the middle of the day, I feel lighter, and I’ve got a bit more spring in my step overall.
If I had to guess, I’d say my body is switching off to the cardio from the bike. I’m gonna need to mix things up. I had been searching for boxercise equipment, but all the reasonably-priced stuff here is sold out.
This means I’m going to have to start running, and I fvcking hate running.
I’m not going to make some dumb-ass weight-loss prediction like last week. I’m just going to to keep monitoring my weight and stay sweaty.
